Ong Choy with Fermented Bean Curd

Ingredients
400g Ong Choy, 3cloves garlic, 10g ginger, 1개 chili pepper, 2덩어리 fermented bean curd, 5g sugar, 15ml cooking wine, 1꼬집 white pepper powder, 5g salt, 30ml oil
Instructions
1. Trim off the ends of the Ong Choy, break the stems into shorter pieces, then soak and rinse in water.
2. Min the garlic, cut ginger into strips, and chop up the chili pepper.
3. Create the sauce by mixing fermented bean curd, sugar, cooking wine, and white pepper powder, crushing the bean curd and stirring until well combined.
4. Boil water, add salt and oil, then add the Ong Choy, blanching for just a couple minutes.
5. Take out the blanched Ong Choy to drain.
6. To a hot wok, add oil, then add ginger, garlic, and chili pepper.
7. Now add Ong Choy and stir-fry.
8. Stir-fry to mix in the sauce.
9. Plate and serve for some tasty seasonal veggies.
