Ingredients
2cloves garlic, 2large scallions, 1inch ginger, 2servings noodles, 1tablespoon chili oil, 1teaspoon white sugar, 1tablespoon black vinegar, 2packets ramen seasoning packets, 2tablespoons neutral flavored oil (vegetable or canola)

2. Cook and drain your noodles cold, rinsing them in plain cold water of your choosing.
3. Place the noodles in a bowl and top them with the chopped garlic, scallions, and ginger, trying to concentrate as many of the toppings in the center as possible.
4. Drizzle about a tablespoon of chili oil, one teaspoon of white sugar, a tablespoon of black vinegar, and the ramen seasoning packets over the toppings.
5. Heat two tablespoons of neutral flavored oil (like vegetable or canola) to smoking on the stovetop, and very carefully pour it over the toppings so that they sizzle.
6. Give everything a spirited toss together to get all that chili oil and all those vegetables evenly distributed throughout the noodles.
