Japanese Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
1개 small carrot, 30g ginger, 0.5개 yellow onion, 1개 garlic clove, 2큰술 miso paste (yellow or white), 1큰술 honey or agave nectar, 0.25컵 rice vinegar (regular), 0.5컵 neutral oil (canola oil), 1꼬집 salt, 1꼬집 MSG, 1꼬집 black pepper, 0.5개 iceberg lettuce, 0.25개 red onion, 0.5개 cucumber, 1개 Roma tomato, 1개 carrot (for salad)
Instructions
1. Roughly chop a small carrot and place it into a blender.
2. Peel the ginger using a spoon or vegetable peeler, then chop it into chunks and add to the blender.
3. Roughly chop about half a small yellow onion and add it to the blender.
4. Cut off the end of a garlic clove, whack it to remove the skin, and add it to the blender.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of yellow or white miso paste (red miso can also be used), 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar, and 1/4 cup of regular rice vinegar to the blender.
6. Pour in 1/2 cup of a neutral oil, such as canola oil.
7. Season with a pinch of salt, MSG, and some black pepper.
8. Blend the ingredients, starting on the lowest setting and gradually increasing the speed, until smooth.
9. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings or add more carrot if desired.
10. Prepare a salad with iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, cucumber, Roma tomato, and grated carrot.
11. Serve the dressing over the salad, allowing individuals to control the amount as they eat.
