Tuna Pasta in Red Sauce

Ingredients
300grams Tuna, 200grams Cherry Tomatoes, 2pieces Hot Chilli Peppers, 2cloves Garlic Cloves, 10g Parsley, 50g Capers, 350ml Tomato Passata, 300grams Rigatoni Pasta, 1tablespoon Salt, 1pinch Pepper, 50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Cut the hot chilli into small pieces. You can skip this if you don't like spicy food.
3. Remove the stem of the capers. Make sure you wash them very well before you use them.
4. Add a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil to a pan.
5. Add the chopped garlic and chilli to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
6. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, pressing them to release their juices.
7. Add the tuna to the pan and crush it into pieces.
8. Add the capers to the pan.
9. Add a generous amount of black pepper.
10. Add half a bottle of tomato passata to the pan and stir until all ingredients are combined. Cook for 5 minutes.
11. Add some parsley and a touch of sea salt.
12. Add 1 tablespoon of rock salt to boiling water.
13. Add the rigatoni pasta to the boiling water and follow the cooking instructions on the packet.
14. Get a mug of pasta water.
15. Add the pasta to the pan with the sauce.
16. Add a splash of pasta water and toss the pasta with the sauce.
17. Serve the tuna pasta in red sauce and top it off with parsley.
