2ounces unsweetened 100 percent pineapple juice, 1.25ounces aged rum, 0.75ounce Campari, 0.5ounce lime juice, 0.25ounce Simple Syrup, to taste crushed ice, 1to taste Mint sprig, 1to taste Pineapple slice
Instructions
1. Fill a highball glass halfway with crushed ice.
2. Add pineapple juice, aged rum, Campari, lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. Insert the swivel stick prong side down into the glass and use a rapid back-and-forth motion to swizzle, slowly moving up and down for 10 seconds.
4. Top with more ice, and garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple slice.
