Easy Delicious Blueberry Cobbler

70g butter, 450g fresh blueberries, 50g granulated sugar, 1whole lemon lemon zest, 0.5squeeze lemon juice, 150g all-purpose flour, 2teaspoons baking powder, 0.5teaspoon salt, 100g granulated sugar, 240ml whole milk
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. Add 5 tablespoons (70 grams) of butter to a pan and place it in the preheated oven to melt and brown.
3. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups (450 grams) of fresh blueberries, 1/4 cup (50 grams) of granulated sugar, and the zest of one whole lemon.
4. Optionally, add a half squeeze of lemon juice to the blueberry mixture.
5. Toss the blueberry mixture until the blueberries are coated with sugar and lemon zest.
6. In a separate large bowl, whisk together 1 and 1/4 cups (150 grams) of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 cup (100 grams) of granulated sugar.
7. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of whole milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
8. Carefully remove the hot pan with melted, browned butter from the oven.
9. Pour the batter into the hot pan with the melted butter, ensuring to scrape out all the batter from the bowl.
10. Evenly sprinkle the blueberry mixture over the batter in the pan, including any remaining sugar and lemon zest.
11. Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 30 to 35 minutes.
12. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
