Giant Lazy Meatballs

4slices stale bread, 100ml whole milk, 500g ground pork, 500g ground beef, 1큰술 kosher salt, 1작은술 freshly ground black pepper, 1작은술 dried oregano, 1작은술 onion powder, 1작은술 garlic powder, 0.5작은술 cayenne pepper, 1큰술 olive oil, 50g freshly grated parmesan cheese, 2큰술 chopped Italian parsley, 2개 beaten eggs, 500g tomato sauce, 100g mozzarella cheese, 100g Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
1. Crumble up four slices of stale bread into a bowl.
2. Add some whole milk to the crumbled bread and stir thoroughly with a fork to create a slurry. Set aside once mixed.
3. Combine ground pork and ground beef in a large bowl.
4. Add kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few shakes of cayenne to the meat.
5. Add the breadcrumb slurry, a little bit of olive oil, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and optional chopped Italian parsley to the meat mixture.
6. Finish by adding a couple of beaten eggs and mix everything together.
7. Cover the mixture and pop it in the fridge for about an hour to chill.
8. Once chilled, pull the mixture out. Take a quarter of the mixture and make four giant meatballs.
9. Transfer the meatballs into the center of a 400-degree oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
10. To finish these off, top the cooked meatballs with your favorite tomato sauce.
11. Top the sauced meatballs with some mozzarella cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
12. Finish with a dusting of Parmesan cheese.
13. Pop them back in the oven for about 5 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
14. Garnish with a sprinkling of Italian parsley and enjoy your giant lazy meatballs!
