Instructions
1. Grate lemon zest into the lemon curd.
2. Use a round cutter to cut out sponge cake circles.
3. Place a sponge cake circle at the bottom of a cup.
4. Pipe a layer of whipped cream over the cake.
5. Add a layer of lemon curd.
6. Repeat layers of cake, whipped cream, and lemon curd.
7. Top with white sprinkles and star sprinkles.
8. Serve and enjoy the layered dessert.
