Avocado Salmon Bowl

1큰술 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1큰술 Soy Sauce, 1작은술 Grated Garlic, 60g Sashimi-grade Atlantic Salmon, 0.5개 Avocado, 120g Steamed Rice, 5g Shredded Nori Seaweed, 1큰술 Soft Shirasu Whitebait (Kamaage Shirasu), 1작은술 Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 10g Spring Onion Leaves
Instructions
1. Combine extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, and a very small amount of grated garlic in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to make the marinade.
2. Cut the sashimi-grade Atlantic salmon into 1.5 cm (0.6") cubes. Be sure to absorb the excess water thoroughly with a paper towel before cutting.
3. Place the salmon in the marinade and toss to coat. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
4. Cut the avocado lengthwise until the blade hits the seed and then rotate it around to cut the avocado in half. Twist the avocado and divide the two halves. Peel off the firm skin. Then, cut the avocado into 1.5 cm (0.6") cubes.
5. Prepare the steamed rice on a plate and distribute the shredded nori seaweed all over.
6. Place the 1.5 cm cubes of avocado on the rice.
7. Arrange the marinated salmon in between the avocado.
8. Pour the remaining marinade over the avocado.
9. Place the soft shirasu whitebait (kamaage shirasu) in the center.
10. Sprinkle toasted white sesame seeds all over. Top with the chopped spring onion leaves.
11. Garnish with additional shredded nori seaweed.
