Ingredients: Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, freshly ground black pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne · 240 min cook time · 250kcal · ~₩24,300
Ingredients
50ml Worcestershire sauce, 50ml soy sauce, 5g freshly ground black pepper, 5g smoked paprika, 3g cayenne, 3g red chili flakes, 5g garlic powder, 5g onion powder, 15ml honey, 900g top round beef
Instructions
1. Combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, freshly ground black pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne, red chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and honey in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly to create the marinade.
2. Submerge thinly sliced top round beef into the marinade, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
3. Remove beef from the marinade and place it on paper towels. Cover with more paper towels and press down to remove as much excess marinade as possible.
4. Arrange the beef slices on a baking rack set over a sheet pan, making sure they do not overlap.
5. Place the sheet pan with the beef in a 175°F (79°C) oven for about 3 to 4 hours, or until the beef is completely dry.
6. Once completely dry, cut the beef jerky into bite-sized pieces and serve.
