1pound Korean radish, 1개 green onion, 2개 garlic cloves, 2tablespoons hot pepper flakes (gochugaru), 2tablespoons fish sauce, 2tablespoons sesame oil, 1tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, 1tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Peel the Korean radish.
2. Cut the radish into thin strips. You need about one pound.
3. Chop one green onion and two garlic cloves.
4. In a bowl, combine the radish, green onion, garlic, two tablespoons of hot pepper flakes (gochugaru), two tablespoons of fish sauce, two tablespoons of sesame oil, and one tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly before mixing.
6. Mix all the ingredients well by hand until everything is evenly coated.
7. Add more sesame seeds for garnish.
8. Serve with rice or noodles.
