2cups ketchup, 0.5cup brown sugar, 0.25cup dark molasses, 0.33cup white distilled vinegar, 1tablespoon smoked paprika, 1tablespoon chili powder, 0.5teaspoon cayenne, 1teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 0.5teaspoon allspice, 0.5teaspoon coriander, 0.5teaspoon cumin
Instructions
1. Start with ketchup as the base ingredient in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the sweeteners including brown sugar and dark molasses.
3. Pour in white distilled vinegar to balance the sweetness.
4. Add the powdered peppers including smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne, and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Finish with the spices including allspice, coriander, and cumin.
6. Take a whisk and give the mixture a very thorough mixing.
7. Wrap it up and let it sit in the fridge for a day or two to give flavors time to develop.
