Hong Kong Style Noodles

12oz Chinese egg noodles, 6oz peeled deveined shrimp, 4oz chicken breast, 8oz bok choy, 6oz white mushrooms, 0.33carrot carrot, 2slices ginger, 2pieces green onions, 2tbsp corn oil, 2tbsp cornstarch, 1tsp salt, 1tsp sugar, 1tsp chicken bouillon, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Steam the raw egg noodles for 10 minutes.
2. Soak the steamed noodles in boiling water briefly, then drain and fluff with chopsticks.
3. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp corn oil and pan-fry the noodles on each side for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
4. Slice chicken breast and marinate with cornstarch, salt, and water.
5. Stir-fry chicken, ginger, and green onions for about 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
6. In the same pan, add bok choy, white mushrooms, carrots, and 12 oz boiling water. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
7. Add the cooked chicken and shrimp back into the pan, season with salt, sugar, chicken bouillon, and oyster sauce.
8. Stir in cornstarch slurry (cornstarch and water) to thicken the gravy, finish with sesame oil, and pour over the crispy noodles.
