Instructions
1. Add room temperature butter and grated sharp cheddar and parmesan cheese into a mixing bowl.
2. Season with a little bit of paprika, a few shakes of cayenne, and a nice pinch of salt.
3. Mash, smear, and smash with the back of a spatula until you have a cheese butter mixture.

5. Sprinkle in one tablespoon of very cold water and mix with a spatula until it clumps into a dough-like substance.
6. Press together into a lump on your work surface, form, and pat down into a disc-like object.

8. Roll out the dough on a well-floured surface to about an eighth of an inch thick.
9. Cut into strips, then cut across to make little rectangles or squares.
10. Dock the crackers by punching five little holes in each one using the back of a bamboo skewer.
11. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet with foil and place them down evenly.
12. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until beautifully browned and crispy.
