Pound Cake

1.5cups flour, 1teaspoon salt, 0.5teaspoon baking powder, 1cup unsalted butter, 1cup sugar, 4pieces eggs, 0.5cup sour cream, 2tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
1. Set your oven to 350 degrees so it's nice and hot.
2. In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients starting with 1 and 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Whisk well and set aside.
3. Prepare your loaf pan by buttering and flouring, adding a parchment paper sling along the long sides.
4. Add 1 cup of unsalted room temperature butter to your mixing bowl and cream it up with a whisk attachment for about 10 seconds.
5. Add 1 cup of sugar to the butter and mix on medium for a few minutes until light and fluffy.
6. Crack 4 eggs and add them in one at a time while mixing on medium, scraping down the bowl as needed.
7. Add half a cup of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of vanilla to the mixture and combine.
8. Add the flour mixture and mix for just a few seconds on low, then finish bringing it together with a spatula.
9. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, shimmy slightly, and smooth the top out.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean from the center.
