Chaliapin Steak

140g Beef Steak, 70g Onion, 0.5medium-sized Onion, chopped, 0.5tbsp Butter, to taste Olive Oil, 1tsp Soy Sauce, to taste Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Parsley Leaves, chopped
Instructions
1. Cover the sirloin or rump steak with plastic wrap and pound the meat with a rolling pin until the thickness reaches about 8mm.
2. Make numerous cuts along the steak, making a 5mm grid pattern on both sides without separating the steak.
3. Distribute half the grated onion onto a tray, place the meat onto it, and cover the top with the rest of the onion to tenderize.
4. Saute chopped onion in butter on high heat until it begins to slightly brown, then reduce heat, season with salt and pepper, and continue until browned.
5. Scrape off the raw grated onion from the steak, remove excess liquid with a paper towel, and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook the steak in a pan with olive oil on medium heat until both sides are browned.
7. Remove the steak, place sauted onion into the pan to coat with beef juice, drop soy sauce directly on the pan, and toss.
8. Place the sauted onion onto the steak, make a grid pattern on top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves.
