Banana Muffin

1.5cups all-purpose flour, 1teaspoon baking soda, 1teaspoon baking powder, 1teaspoon salt, 1teaspoon cinnamon, 0.5teaspoon allspice, 0.25teaspoon cardamom, 3pieces bananas, 5.5tablespoons unsalted butter, 1teaspoon vanilla, 0.25cup plain yogurt, 2pieces eggs, 0.75cup granulated sugar, handful walnuts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and bake very ripe bananas on a baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until the skin is blackened, then let them cool down.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and cardamom into a bowl, then whisk.
3. Mash the cooled bananas in a large bowl.
4. Add melted unsalted butter, vanilla, plain yogurt, room temperature eggs, and granulated sugar to the mashed bananas, and whisk until combined.
5. Gently stir the sifted dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
6. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill them with the batter.
7. Crunch walnuts in your hand and sprinkle them on top of the muffins.
8. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes until springy to the touch.
