Simple Tuna Bucatini

Ingredients
200g bucatini pasta, to taste salt, 2cloves garlic, 0.5to taste chilli, 4to taste cherry tomatoes, 2to taste anchovy fillets, 3tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp capers, 1handful rocket, 180g tuna, 0.5to taste lemon
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bucatini pasta.
2. Slice garlic and chilli, quarter cherry tomatoes, and chop anchovy fillets.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, chilli, tomatoes, and anchovies. Cook for about 3 minutes.
4. Add capers to the pan and stir.
5. Transfer the cooked bucatini pasta into the pan with a splash of pasta water and toss well.
6. Add a handful of wild rocket, a touch of salt, sustainable tuna, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Toss everything together.
7. Plate up the pasta and top with dressed rocket leaves.
