Regular Kuzumochi

25g Hon-Kudzu - Real Kudzu Powder, to taste Kibi Sugar, to taste Water, to taste Toasted Soybean Flour (Kinako), to taste Brown Sugar Syrup
Instructions
1. Place the kudzu powder in a bowl, add kibi sugar and 1/3 of the water, and mix to get rid of pockets of powder.
2. Add the rest of the water, mix well, and transfer the mixture to a bowl by straining it through a sieve.
3. Wet the surface of a baking pan.
4. Stir the mixture well before putting it into a small pot. Heat over medium heat, adjusting heat when it thickens, and keep mixing for about 2 minutes once transparent.
5. Transfer the hot mixture to the wet baking pan, flatten thinly with a spatula, and cover with plastic wrap. Cool with icy water.
6. Take the kuzumochi out of the pan, cut it into small square pieces, and then cut them into triangles.
7. Put the toasted soybean flour (kinako) and brown sugar syrup on the regular kuzumochi as toppings.
