Easy Belgian Waffles

270g all-purpose flour, 4teaspoons baking powder, 0.75teaspoon salt, 50g granulated sugar, 2large eggs, 2cups whole milk, 0.5cup vegetable oil, 2teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat your waffle maker.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients including flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.
3. Separate the eggs, placing yolks into a medium bowl and whites into a separate bowl.
4. To the egg yolks, add whole milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Give it a whisk and set aside.
5. Froth up the egg whites using a hand mixer until you have stiff peaks.
6. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until almost combined with streaks of flour.
7. Gently fold the fluffed egg whites into the batter to maintain bubbles.
8. Scoop the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until done.
