12ounces Ground beef, 1ea Onion, 1ea Tomato, 1ea Lettuce, 3ea Pickle, 3ea Brioche buns, 2tbsp Butter, 3ea Cheese, 1tbsp Mayonnaise, 1tsp Yellow mustard, pinch Ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Slice clean onion, tomato, and lettuce. Pat dry the tomato slices.
2. Divide ground beef into portions (around four ounces each), form nice balls, and flatten into patties. Press down around the center area to prevent puffing up.
3. Heat up the grill pan for about three minutes.
4. Melt butter on the grill pan and toast the buns for about 30 seconds, then turn over.
5. Add more butter and grill the beef patties for about three minutes, then turn over.
6. Place cheese on top of the patties, cover for about one minute to let the cheese melt, then turn off the heat.
7. Assemble the hamburger by spreading mayonnaise and yellow mustard, adding ground black pepper, lettuce, onion, tomato, and the cooked patty with melted cheese.
