Pork and Prawn Wonton Mee

Ingredients
200g flour, 1to taste egg, 1pinch salt, to taste water, 20g ginger, 150g pork mince, 100g king prawns, 1to taste egg whites, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp light brown sugar, 30g porcini mushrooms, 2cloves garlic, 1tbsp sugar, 1splash chinese ingredients, 1jar pickled chillies
Instructions
1. Make the dumpling dough by mixing flour, egg, and salt, then slowly adding water.
2. Prepare the wonton filling by pulsing ginger, pork mince, king prawns, egg whites, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and light brown sugar in a food processor.
3. Roll out the dough into thin pastry and cut into wrappers.
4. Dollop the filling into the center of each wrapper, pinch the corners to form money bags.
5. Boil the wontons in water for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Make the porcini mushroom sauce by simmering porcini mushrooms, garlic, sugar, and Chinese ingredients in a pan.
7. Serve the wontons drizzled with sauce and topped with pickled chillies.
