1cup Greek yogurt, 1clove garlic clove, pinch salt, pinch black pepper, pinch cayenne pepper, 2tablespoons dill, 4tablespoons butter, pinch ground cumin, pinch smoked paprika, 1tablespoon Aleppo chili flakes, 2pieces eggs, 2slices bread
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix room-temperature Greek yogurt with a finely grated garlic clove, salt, black pepper, a shake of cayenne, and chopped dill.
2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until it starts to sing, then stir in ground cumin, smoked paprika, and Aleppo chili flakes before turning off the heat.
3. Poach or fry your eggs of choice.
4. Spread the yogurt mixture on a plate, top with the hot cooked eggs, and drizzle generously with the warm Aleppo pepper butter. Serve with toasted thick bread.
