1cup water, 4cups sugar, 1.25cups light corn syrup, drops blue food coloring, drops cotton candy flavor extract
Instructions
1. Combine water, sugar, light corn syrup, and a bit of blue food coloring in a saucepan.
2. Stir only until all the sugar is dissolved, then cease stirring until the bubbling mixture reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Pour the hot mixture onto an aluminum baking sheet and let it cool completely for about one hour, checking with a laser temperature gun.
4. Break it up into tiny little pieces with a wooden spoon and scoop into a plastic bag.
