Korean Style Fried Snapper with Seasoning Sauce

1ea snapper, 0.5cup cooking oil, 1cup flour, 1tsp salt, 0.25cup soy sauce, 3ea green onions, 2ea garlic, 1ea green chili pepper, 1tbsp hot pepper flakes, 2tsp sugar, 1tbsp sesame oil, 1tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Clean the fish, make cuts on both sides, and salt it. Keep it in the refrigerator.
2. Coat the fish thoroughly with flour.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the fish, covering with foil to help it cook.
4. Prepare the Yangnyeomjang seasoning sauce by mixing chopped green onions, garlic, green chili pepper, soy sauce, hot pepper flakes, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
5. Flip the fish periodically until both sides are golden brown and well cooked.
6. Transfer the fried fish to a plate and pour the seasoning sauce generously over it.
