Chestnut Cookies (Yul-lan)

0.5pound cooked chestnuts, 2tbsp honey, 0.5tsp cinnamon powder, pinch salt, 2tbsp pine nuts, tbsp green tea powder, tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Scoop out the insides of cooked chestnuts, removing any spoiled brown parts.
2. Pound and mash the chestnuts using a mortar and pestle.
3. Push the mashed chestnuts through a coarse wire strainer with a wooden spoon to create a fine powder.
4. In a small pot, heat 2 tablespoons of honey, half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt until syrupy.
5. Pour the honey syrup into the chestnut powder and mix well.
6. Knead the mixture wearing gloves to form a soft dough.
7. Shape the dough into small chestnut shapes resembling acorns or teardrops.
8. Chop pine nuts finely, and prepare green tea powder and black sesame seeds for decoration.
9. Dip the tip of each chestnut cookie in honey, then coat with chopped pine nuts, green tea powder, or black sesame seeds.
