Super Fluffy Banana Pancakes

3tablespoons butter, 1cup all-purpose flour, 2.5teaspoons baking powder, 0.5teaspoon salt, 2tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste bananas, 1to taste egg, 1cup milk, 1teaspoon vanilla, to taste maple syrup
Instructions
1. Melt three tablespoons of butter and set aside.
2. Measure out the dry ingredients: one cup of all-purpose flour, two and a half teaspoons of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, and two tablespoons of granulated sugar. Whisk this up and set aside.
3. If using fresh regular bananas instead of old ones, bake them for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Plop the bananas into a bowl and mash them up with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
5. Add one egg, one cup of milk, a teaspoon of vanilla, and the melted butter to the bananas. Give it a whisk.
6. Place a pan over medium-low heat. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk very gently just until combined.
7. Add a little pad of butter to the heated pan. Once melted, add a third of a cup of batter per pancake, spreading or corraling it into a circular shape.
8. Cook the pancakes until the bottom is golden brown and you see little bubbles on top, about two minutes, then flip over and cook the other side.
