Parsnip Aligot with Beef Meatballs and Pickled Blackberries

300g parsnip, 300g potatoes, 500g minced beef, 1piece onion, 1bag tortilla chips, 200g cheddar cheese, 150g sour cream, 100g blackberries
Instructions
1. Cover peeled potatoes and parsnips with water in a pan, season generously, put a lid on, and bring to a boil for 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Finely dice an onion, keeping some back for a crunchy raw garnish.
3. Mix chopped onion, the remaining minced beef, tortilla chips, and allspice to form meatballs, then bake in the oven.
4. Quickly pickle blackberries in a pan with a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of vinegar, or heat in the microwave for two minutes.
5. Mash the boiled potatoes and parsnips, then mix in sour cream and cheese to create the aligot.
6. Serve the parsnip aligot topped with beef meatballs and pickled blackberries.
