Stuffed Potato Skins with Ground Beef

3pieces potatoes, 100ml oil, 1drizzle olive oil, 1piece onion, 3cloves garlic, 300g ground beef, 2pieces tomatoes, 1teaspoon salt, 0.5teaspoon black pepper, 1teaspoon paprika, 0.5teaspoon chimichurri, 0.5teaspoon onion powder, 0.5teaspoon garlic powder, 100g shredded mozzarella, 1to taste bacon, 1to taste parsley
Instructions
1. Cut 3 potatoes in half with the peel, remove the inside, and fry them in hot oil until evenly golden.
2. Remove potatoes and set aside.
3. In a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic, and saute.
4. Add ground beef and saute until lightly browned.
5. Add diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, chimichurri, onion powder, and garlic powder, mixing well.
6. Arrange the reserved potatoes in a baking dish, add shredded mozzarella, stuff with the meat mixture, and top with more mozzarella.
7. Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with fried bacon and parsley before serving.
