Ragi Soup

Ingredients
0.5cup ragi flour, 5cup water, 2tsp oil, 1inch cinnamon, 5cloves garlic, 1inch ginger, 2pieces chilli, 0.5pieces onion, 0.5pieces carrot, 5pieces beans, 3tbsp peas, 2tbsp sweet corn, 2tbsp cabbage, 1tsp salt, 0.5tsp pepper powder, 2tbsp lemon juice, 2tbsp spring onion
Instructions
1. Mix half cup of ragi flour with 1 cup of water well to make sure there are no lumps.
2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, add cinnamon, sliced garlic, finely chopped ginger, and chopped chilli. Saute slightly.
3. Add half finely chopped onion, half finely chopped carrot, 5 chopped beans, 3 tbsp peas, and 2 tbsp sweet corn. Stir fry on high flame.
4. Add 2 tbsp shredded cabbage and stir fry. Do not over cook.
5. Pour 4 cups of water, add 1 tsp salt, and half tsp pepper powder. Mix well.
6. Boil for 3 minutes to create flavored water.
7. Pour the ragi slurry into the pan and stir for 2 minutes until well combined.
8. Boil for 3 minutes until cooked well.
9. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp chopped spring onion. Mix well.
