Green Beans ki Sabzi

400gm Green beans, 1large Onion, 2medium Tomato, handful Coriander leaves, 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 0.5tsp Cumin seeds, 0.5tsp Turmeric powder, 1tsp Red chilli powder, 0.5tsp Coriander powder, 0.5tsp Cumin powder, 0.5tsp Garam masala powder, to taste Salt, 4tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
1. Heat a pan with cooking oil, add cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds.
2. Add chopped onions and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
3. Reduce flame to low, add ginger garlic paste, and cook for a minute.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix and cook on low flame for a minute.
5. Add chopped green beans, mix well, and add salt to taste.
6. Increase flame to medium, fry beans for 1-2 minutes without covering.
7. Cover the pan and cook on low-medium flame for 6-8 minutes, stirring in between.
8. Add chopped tomatoes, mix, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until tomatoes and beans are fully tender.
9. Add garam masala powder, mix well, cover and cook for another minute.
10. Turn off the flame, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, and mix.
