Braised Semi-dried Pollock

2ea Semi-dried pollock, 8oz Korean radish, 5oz Onion, 3ea Garlic, 1ea Green onion, 1ea Red chili pepper, 1tbsp Hot pepper flakes, 3tbsp Dark soy sauce, 1tbsp Rice syrup, 1cup Water
Instructions
1. Remove fins and tails from the semi-dried pollock using scissors.
2. Scrape the skin of the pollock with a knife to remove any tiny scales.
3. Cut off the head, remove the gills, and clean out the inside black film completely to avoid any bitterness.
4. Cut the cleaned pollock into 2.5-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
5. Wash the pollock pieces thoroughly, investigating all pockets to clean completely.
6. Peel and slice radish into quarter-inch slices and arrange them at the bottom of a pan.
7. Slice the onion and spread it evenly over the radish slices.
8. Place the cleaned pollock pieces on top of the onions and radishes.
9. Mince the garlic and prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing hot pepper flakes, dark soy sauce, and rice syrup.
10. Slice green onions and red chili peppers for cooking and garnish.
11. Pour the seasoning sauce and water over the fish in the pan, cover, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
12. Open the lid, add chopped green onions and red chili peppers, cover again, and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
