Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
200g spaghetti, 1clove garlic, 1piece red chili, 3tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp capers, 1piece cherry tomato, 1tin tuna, 1handful wild rocket, pinch salt, pinch black pepper, 0.5piece lemon
Instructions
1. Slice one clove of garlic roughly so that it can be removed easily if desired.
2. Break a red chili in half, smell it to test the strength, then slice a few pieces.
3. Pour abundant extra virgin olive oil into a pan, then add the sliced garlic and chili.
4. Add a few capers and halved cherry tomatoes (with seeds removed) to the pan.
5. Transfer boiled spaghetti directly from the pot into the pan and stir around.
6. Add a tin of tuna, breaking it up with a fork, and mix well.
7. Add a little pasta water to the pan and stir.
8. Turn off the heat since the tuna is cooked, then add more chopped tomato, wild rocket, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir everything together.
9. Plate the spaghetti, top with extra wild rocket, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and black pepper.
