Methi Thepla

Ingredients
2cups Wheat flour, 2cups Methi Leaves, 0.25cup Coriander leaves, 2tbsp Gram flour, 2pieces Green chillies, 5pieces Garlic cloves, 1inch Ginger, 1tbsp Sesame seeds, 1tsp Carom seeds, 0.25cup Curd, 0.5tsp Red chilli powder, 0.33tsp Turmeric powder, to taste Salt, tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
1. Wash and chop fenugreek leaves. Crush garlic cloves, ginger, and green chillies.
2. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and cooking oil.
3. Add gram flour, sesame seeds, crushed ginger, garlic and green chilli, chopped coriander seeds, and chopped fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
4. Add curd and water as needed to knead into a soft dough. Smoothen the dough with a little oil on your palms.
5. Make dough balls and roll them out into thin flatbreads using oil or dry flour.
6. Heat a non-stick flat pan (tawa), place the thepla, and cook properly from both sides using oil or ghee.
