Corn Cheese Balls

1cup Sweet Corn, 3ea Potato, 0.5ea Onion, 0.5ea Capsicum, 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1ea Chilli, 2tbsp Coriander, 1tsp Chilli Flakes, 0.5tsp Pepper Powder, 0.5tsp Cumin Powder, 0.5tsp Garam Masala, 0.5cup Mozzarella Cheese, 2tbsp Bread Crumbs, 1tsp Salt, 2tbsp Corn Flour, 2tbsp Maida, 0.5cup Water, 1cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, add sweet corn, boiled and mashed potato, finely chopped onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, chilli, coriander, chilli flakes, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, and salt. Mix and squeeze well to form a soft dough.
2. In a small bowl, prepare the slurry by mixing corn flour, maida, chilli flakes, salt, and water until lump free.
3. Take a ball-sized portion of the potato dough, flatten slightly, place a small ball of mozzarella cheese in the center, and shape it back into a ball.
4. Dip the ball into the prepared slurry and roll it generously in panko bread crumbs.
5. Refrigerate the coated balls for 30 minutes.
6. Deep fry the cheese balls in hot oil, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
