Ingredients
16oz flour, 1tsp salt, 11ea eggs, 1lb beef, 1tsp pepper, 1ea onion, 1tbsp parsley, 2tbsp barbecue sauce, 1tsp tea, 1container ricotta cheese, 1tbsp basil, 0.5can black beans, 0.5cup parmesan, 1pinch saffron, 1box rigatoni, 1box jumbo pasta shells, 1bag mozzarella, 1pack provolone, 3ea sausage, 2tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Add flour and salt to the plate and make a well in the middle.
2. Add whole eggs to the well.
3. Add egg yolks to the well.
4. Combine the dough by kneading until soft.
5. Chill the flour over an ice bath.
6. In a large bowl, combine beef, pepper, onion, parsley, and vegetable salad dressing.
7. Combine the meat and flatten it.
8. Bake the meat in the oven at 400 degrees.
9. Caramelize onions in a saucepan over medium heat with butter.
10. Mix ricotta cheese, basil, beans, parmesan, egg, salt, and saffron in a medium bowl.
11. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
12. Add beef sauce to the cooked ricotta.
13. Stuff the jumbo pasta shells with the cheese and vegetable mixture.
14. Grease a large Dutch oven with oil.
15. Roll out the dough and line it against the edges of the Dutch oven.
16. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
17. Layer rigatoni, mozzarella, boiled meatballs, eggs, provolone, stuffed pasta, caramelized onions, and sausage into the Dutch oven.
18. Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes.
19. Cool the dish, slice, and serve.
