1bag Lay's India's Magic Masala potato chips, 1piece leg of lamb, 4pieces Yukon Gold potatoes, 1stick butter, 1tsp garam masala, 1pinch salt, 1pinch black pepper, 0.5cup Greek yogurt, 1tsp cumin seed, 1tsp coconut sugar, 1pieces Thai chili, 2tbsp lime juice, 0.5cup fresh herbs, 2pieces shallots, 1cup flour, 1tsp Chinese five spice, 1tsp MSG, 0.5cup club soda
Instructions
1. Process the potato chips into powder, keeping a quarter cup aside and using the rest for the next steps.
2. Pound the leg of lamb to tenderize and make even thickness, season with salt and pepper, roll and tie with butcher twine.
3. Bake the leg of lamb in the oven at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 145.
4. Prepare Yukon Gold potatoes using the hasselback cutting method with chopsticks as guides, and keep in water.
5. Melt butter with garam masala, black pepper, salt, and magic masala chips to create magic butter, then coat the hasselback potatoes.
6. Roast the potatoes along with the lamb in the oven.
7. Make the spicy herb yogurt sauce by blending magic chips, cumin seeds, coconut sugar, yogurt, Thai chili, lime juice, salt, and fresh herbs with water.
8. Make the shallot fritters batter with flour, Chinese five spice, garam masala, MSG, black pepper, salt, magic chip powder, and club soda, then fry sliced shallots.
9. Slice the cooked leg of lamb and assemble on top of the spicy herb yogurt sauce with potatoes and shallot fritters.
