Ingredients
200g Beef Slices, 120g Pumpkin, 2ea Small Bell Peppers, 1ea Corn, 1ea Onion, 4ea Okra, to taste Pork Belly Slices, 1tbsp Sake, 1tbsp Mirin, 1.5tbsp Soy Sauce, to taste Garlic, to taste Ichimi, red chili powder, to taste Salt, to taste Lemon
Instructions
1. Combine sake and mirin in a pot and bring to a boil to evaporate alcohol.
2. Combine the mixture with soy sauce in a bowl, then stir and slightly cool the sauce.
3. Add chopped garlic clove and ichimi red chili powder to the sauce and mix.
4. Remove the firm skin between the cap and the pod from the okra, then wrap each okra with a pork belly slice.
5. Remove the stem end of the bell pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and make small cuts along the top to flatten.
6. Pierce the onion with bamboo sticks, then slice into 1cm slices between the sticks.
7. Toss pumpkin and boiled corn in a plastic bag with olive oil to coat evenly.
8. Drizzle olive oil over the sliced onion and bell pepper and coat with a kitchen brush, then flip and coat the other side.
9. Heat a griddle and arrange vegetables and beef slices to grill.
10. Enjoy each ingredient as it is cooked with the sauce, or salt and lemon juice.
