Easy Lady Fingers

3pieces eggs, 0.5cup granulated sugar, 0.25teaspoon salt, 0.5teaspoon vanilla, 1cup flour, 5teaspoons cornstarch, to dust powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Separate three eggs, placing egg yolks in one bowl and egg whites in a large bowl.
3. Add a quarter cup of granulated sugar, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of vanilla to the egg yolks, then beat on medium speed until pale and fluffy.
4. Beat the egg whites starting slow, then gradually drizzle in a quarter cup of granulated sugar as you make a French meringue, beating until soft yet holding peaks form.
5. Give the egg yolks a quick beat to wake them back up, then gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolks in about three batches.
6. Sift one cup of flour and five teaspoons of cornstarch into the mixture, folding gently until no streaks of flour remain.
7. Transfer the batter to a piping bag with a large round tip and pipe four-inch logs onto the prepared baking sheets.
8. Dust the piped logs liberally with powdered sugar and bake one sheet at a time at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes until slightly golden and firm.
