Thai Iced Coffee (Gafae Yen)

3tablespoons Thai coffee powder (Oliang powder), 0.75cup hot water, 2tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, 2teaspoons sugar, 1pinch salt, 1cup ice cubes, 2tablespoons evaporated milk
Instructions
1. Add 3 tablespoons of Thai coffee powder into a coffee filter or brewing device, then pour 3/4 cup of hot water over it and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. In a mixing glass, add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a little pinch of salt.
3. Pour the brewed Thai coffee into the glass with the sweetened condensed milk mixture and stir well until completely dissolved and combined.
4. Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes, pour the mixed coffee over the ice, and top generously with evaporated milk.
