Ingredients: chili, garlic, oil, basil, tomatoes · 10 min cook time · 450kcal · $9.50
Ingredients
1ea chili, 2cloves garlic, 1log oil, 1bunch basil, 400g tomatoes, 1pack fresh lasagna sheets, 80g frozen peas, 30g parmesan, 30g feta
Instructions
1. Put a pan on full heat. Remove the seeds and white part of the chili to reduce heat and amplify fruitiness. Finely slice two cloves of garlic.
2. Add a log of oil to the pan. Add the sliced garlic, chili, and chopped basil stalks for extra flavor.
3. Add whole tomatoes and crush them with clean hands. Clean out the tin with a swig of water and add it to the pan.
4. Cut fresh lasagna sheets into custom pasta shapes like tagliolini, tagliatelle, or pappardelle, and drop them into seasoned boiling water.
5. Add frozen peas into the pasta or sauce for extra nutrition and color.
6. Transfer the pasta directly from the boiling water into the sauce along with a splash of starchy pasta water. Toss and cook for the last 30 seconds in the sauce.
7. Plate the pasta, top with parmesan, a small bag of leaves, extra virgin olive oil, and long strokes of feta cheese.
