Paunch Burger Dinner for Breakfast Combo

2large onions, 1pound ground beef, 28ounce crushed tomatoes, 1can evaporated milk, 8ounce sharp cheddar, 1tablespoon cornstarch, 1cup cake flour, 0.75cup beer, 0.25cup vodka, 1package hamburger buns, 3slices yellow American cheese, 1large eggs
Instructions
1. Saute onions for chili, add garlic and spices, then add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
2. Add crushed tomatoes and water to the chili, bring to a simmer and cook over low heat for an hour to an hour and a half.
3. Make the cheese sauce by combining evaporated milk, grated sharp cheddar, and cornstarch, cooking over medium heat until thickened.
4. Slice Spanish onions, separate rings, and freeze for at least one hour. Thaw and remove inner membranes.
5. Prepare beer batter with cake flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, beer, and vodka.
6. Dip onion rings in batter and fry in 375 degree oil for about one minute per side.
7. Toast hamburger buns, then sear third-pound beef patties on high heat with a dimple in the center.
8. Top patties with American cheese, melt with a dash of water and a cloche, then assemble the burger stack with lettuce, beef, onion rings, ketchup, and top with a fried egg.
9. Pile chili and cheese sauce atop fries to complete the combo.
