2pounds chicken drumettes, some milk, 6cloves garlic cloves, some ginger, 2green onions green onions, 0.5cup hot pepper paste, 0.33cup rice syrup, 2tablespoons hot pepper flakes, 1tablespoon sesame oil, 0.5teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Wash the chicken drumettes nicely with water until it is not slippery.
2. Put the chicken in a bowl, add some milk to marinate, mix, and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to remove gamey smell.
3. Mince garlic, ginger, and green onions.
4. Make the spicy sauce by combining gochujang, rice syrup, hot pepper flakes, sesame oil, and black pepper with the minced garlic, ginger, and green onions. Mix well.
5. Strain the chicken, squeeze out excess milk, and add the spicy sauce. Mix well with hands and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
6. Barbecue the chicken on the grill. If using a grill with large gaps, use tin foil with holes poked into it. Cook, turning occasionally to prevent the sticky sauce from burning.
