Potato Eyeballs for Halloween

500g potatoes, 50g tapioca starch, 5g salt, 1drop black food coloring, 10g olives, 10ml chili oil
Instructions
1. Start by steaming diced potatoes.
2. Pass the steamed potatoes through a ricer.
3. Add tapioca starch and salt to the riced potatoes.
4. Fold and knead the mixture until it is smooth.
5. Form the mixture into a ball, then divide into four pieces.
6. Roll each piece into a long rope and cut into 1-inch pieces.
7. Roll the 1-inch pieces into small balls.
8. Take one of the balls and add black food coloring, which will be used for the pupils.
9. Top each eyeball with a slice of olive and a small piece of dyed potato.
10. Cook the eyeballs in boiling water.
11. Once the eyeballs float, transfer them to an ice bath.
12. Transfer the eyeballs one last time to a jar and add chili oil.
