Bulgogi Rice Burger

Ingredients
200g Bulgogi (Korean marinated BBQ beef) meat only, 3.5cup steamed short/medium grain white rice, 2ea lettuce leaves, 2ea Korean perilla leaves, 1serving pickled white radish slices or napa cabbage Kimchi, 1serving Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie brand), 0.5Tbsp brown sugar, 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1Tbsp water, 0.5Tbsp rice wine, 0.25tsp oyster sauce, 0.125tsp minced garlic, 0.125tsp sesame oil, 1tsp potato/corn starch, 1Tbsp water, 1tsp black roasted sesame seeds, 0.25tsp fine sea salt, 0.25tsp sesame oil, 1Tbsp sesame oil, 0.25tsp soy sauce
Instructions
1. Add 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar to a bowl.
2. Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
3. Add 1 Tbsp water.
4. Add 1/2 Tbsp rice wine.
5. Add 1/4 tsp (msg free) oyster sauce.
6. Add 1/8 tsp minced garlic.
7. Add 1/8 tsp sesame oil.
8. Mix the sauce well.
9. Add 1 tsp potato/corn starch to a separate bowl.
10. Add 1 Tbsp water.
11. Mix the thickening agent well.
12. Pour the Bulgogi burger sauce in a heated pan.
13. Boil it over low heat for about 10 to 20 seconds.
14. Add the thickening agent.
15. Stir until the sauce thickens.
16. Pour the sauce into a small bowl.
17. Add 1 tsp (black) roasted sesame seeds to the steamed rice.
18. Add 1/4 tsp fine sea salt.
19. Add 1/4 tsp sesame oil.
20. Mix the rice well.
21. Line a round cake pan with plastic wrap.
22. Add half of the rice to the pan.
23. Gently shape the rice bun by pressing it down to flatten it. The thickness of the bun is about 2 cm/0.8 inch.
24. Cover the rice with plastic wrap.
25. Rest the rice bun for about 5 mins in the mould.
26. Add 1/4 tsp soy sauce to a small dish.
27. Add 1 Tbsp sesame oil.
28. Mix the rice seasoning sauce II well.
29. Remove the rice buns from the mould.
30. Brush the top of the rice buns with rice seasoning sauce II.
31. Grill the seasoned side on low heat until it's lightly crusted.
32. Brush the rice seasoning sauce II on top of the bun.
33. Flip the rice bun and grill the other side.
34. Repeat this for the rest of the rice buns.
35. Add some oil to the pan.
36. Add 200g (7 ounces) Bulgogi (Korean marinated BBQ beef) meat only to the pan.
37. Cook the Bulgogi until it's done.
38. Spread some Japanese mayonnaise on the rice bun.
39. Spread Bulgogi burger sauce on the other rice bun.
40. Place a perilla leaf on the rice bun.
41. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the perilla leaf.
42. Add Bulgogi on top of the lettuce leaf.
43. Add Kimchi and/or some pickled white radish slices.
44. Place the other rice bun on top to complete the burger.
