Ingredients: center cut salmon filets, olive oil, lemon, garlic cloves, dried oregano · 30 min cook time · 450kcal · ₩24,950
Ingredients
4pieces center cut salmon filets, 1tablespoon olive oil, 0.5piece lemon, 2pieces garlic cloves, 0.5teaspoon dried oregano, 0.5teaspoon dried dill, 0.25teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1to taste salt, 1to taste pepper, 2pieces tomatoes, 1piece cucumbers, 0.5piece red onions, 0.5cup Muda olives (pitted), 0.5cup feta cheese, 1tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1sprig fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat dry four pieces of salmon with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
2. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, dill, oregano, fresh garlic, crushed red pepper (optional), about a tablespoon of olive oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Spread the marinade evenly over the salmon.
3. Marinate the salmon for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not marinate for more than 15 minutes to prevent the lemon juice from breaking down the salmon.
4. Prepare the Greek salad dressing by whisking together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
5. Add de-seeded tomatoes, de-seeded cucumbers (or Persian cucumbers), red onions, pitted Muda olives, and feta cheese to the dressing. Mix all ingredients together.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
7. Place the marinated salmon into the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd it. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
8. Check for doneness by flaking the salmon with a fork. It should flake easily. Avoid overcooking, which can be indicated by excessive white beading on top.
9. Serve the cooked salmon topped with the Greek salad and garnish with fresh parsley.
