Tuna Gimbap

2cups rice, 1tsp salt, 1tbsp vinegar, 4sticks crab sticks, 1can canned tuna, 2cloves garlic, 2tbsp sesame oil, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1pinch black pepper, 1tbsp honey, 1ea avocado, 2strips yellow pickled radish, 4sheets seaweed sheets, 1tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Season the cooked rice with salt and vinegar, then mix well.
2. Pan-fry the crab sticks until lightly heated through.
3. Drain the tuna and transfer it to a small pot.
4. Mince the garlic.
5. Add the minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and honey to the tuna. Cook over medium heat until well combined and flavorful.
6. Slice the avocado.
7. Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin, even layer of rice over the seaweed, leaving the top edge bare.
8. Arrange the cooked tuna, yellow pickled radish, crab sticks, and avocado slices horizontally across the center of the rice.
9. Carefully roll the gimbap using the bamboo mat, applying firm, even pressure to ensure a tight cylinder.
10. Lightly brush the outside of the rolled gimbap with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
11. Slice the gimbap into bite-sized rounds with a sharp, damp knife.
12. Arrange the tuna gimbap on a serving platter and serve.
