200g Mushrooms, 1ea Onion, 2ea Garlic, 200g Rice, 100ml White Wine, 50g Parmesan Cheese, 1pinch Salt, 1pinch Pepper, 3ea Apples, 50g Brown Sugar, 200ml Water, 200g Flour, 100g Sugar, 2ea Eggs, 100ml Milk, 100g Purple Yam (Ube), 1방울 Purple Food Coloring, 200g Cream Cheese, 50g Powdered Sugar, 1ea Durian
Instructions
1. Add chopped mushrooms and onions to a hot wok over an open fire.
2. Stir-fry until softened, then add minced garlic.
3. Add rice to the wok and stir to combine with the vegetables.
4. Pour in white wine and let it simmer until absorbed.
5. Continue stirring the risotto, adding liquid gradually until cooked through.
6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
7. Serve the mushroom risotto on a plate.
8. Place apples filled with brown sugar on aluminum foil in the wok, add water, and cover.
9. Cook until apples are soft and caramelized.
10. Prepare cake batter: combine flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and grated purple yam (ube).
11. Add purple food coloring to the batter and mix until smooth.
12. Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
13. Fold the whipped egg whites into the purple batter.
14. Pour batter into small round cake pans and bake.
15. Prepare cream cheese frosting: beat cream cheese with powdered sugar.
16. Cut open a durian and remove the flesh.
17. Add durian flesh to the cream cheese frosting and mix.
18. Cut the baked cakes in half horizontally.
19. Spread purple frosting on one half of the cake.
20. Place the other cake half on top and pipe durian frosting on it.
21. Add purple fondant horns to decorate the cake.
22. Slice and serve the decorated cake.
