Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti

8ounces spaghetti, 4tablespoons butter, 1pound large shrimp, 0.25teaspoon salt, 0.5teaspoon crushed red pepper, 4to taste garlic cloves, 2tablespoons lemon juice, 3tablespoons freshly grated parmesan, 2tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Thaw one pound of frozen shrimp by placing it in cold water for five minutes.
2. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of heavily salted boiling water.
3. While the pasta is cooking, peel the shrimp and snap off the tails.
4. Add the shrimp to a heated skillet with some butter. Cook for a couple of minutes per side until opaque. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
5. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl and set aside.
6. To the same pan, add two more tablespoons of salted butter and four garlic cloves. Cook until fragrant and the butter melts through, about a minute.
7. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon (about two tablespoons), two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, and one cup of pasta water to create the sauce.
8. Transfer the cooked spaghetti on top of the sauce and mix it all together to coat the spaghetti.
9. Serve the spaghetti in a large bowl, add the cooked shrimp on top, and give everything a good toss.
10. Garnish with a little bit of parsley and Parmesan cheese.
