Ingredients: pasta, water, sea salt or rock salt, sauce · 15 min cook time · 350kcal · ₩5,000
Ingredients
500g pasta, 5L water, 1tablespoon sea salt or rock salt, 1portion sauce
Instructions
1. Get a large pot and fill it with water. Use about 1 liter of water for every 100g of pasta. For 500g of pasta, use 5 liters of water.
2. Bring the water to a boil.
3. Once the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of sea salt or rock salt.
4. Add the pasta to the boiling water. Stir the pasta in the first minute to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
5. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes. At the 8-minute mark, take one piece of pasta out and taste it. If it's too hard, it needs a few more minutes.
6. Once the pasta is al dente, take it directly out of the water and transfer it into your sauce.
7. Finish cooking the pasta in the sauce for the last minute, allowing it to soak up all the flavors. Mix, stir, and toss the pasta with the sauce.
